Monthly Reports

Income and Expenditure Statement

  • Gives you details of where your income has come from and how you have spent it and reflects the income and expenditure for the current month and cumulatively.

Balance Sheet

  • This is a summary of the assets and liabilities for the entity. 

Cash Flow Statements

  • The Cash Flow Statement provides information concerning the source and use of all financial resources during a period and in particular details of cash generated or used by operations, investing and financing activities.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Otherwise known as KPI’s – give the owner s  an idea of how the business is doing. For example, the return that they are making on their investment, how may days it takes for the debtors to pay, cost per hour.

Graphs

  • Graphs are easy to read and give a great deal of information at a glance. For example, the percentage that various products make up of total revenue, or a comparison of revenue figures for each month.
