KPI’s – give the owner s an idea of how the business is doing. For
example, the return that they are making on their investment, how may days
it takes for the debtors to pay, cost per hour.
Graphs
Graphs are easy to
read and give a great deal of information at a glance. For example, the
percentage that various products make up of total revenue, or a comparison
of revenue figures for each month.
